What's Provided? What's Required?

Community Amenities:

All units within our community are two bedroom, two full bath units offering 1,100 square feet of living space with a private balcony or patio and an in-unit laundry room containing a stackable washer and dryer. Each unit offers a full kitchen complete with refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher, and garbage disposal.


Pickleball is coming!! A pickleball court has been installed within our community. Once the warm weather arrives for good, this court will be painted, lit, and fenced for your enjoyment.


Walking trails and a picnic area is on its way as well! This will include grills and fire pits, along with picnic tables allowing you to gather and enjoy!


Industrial pole lighting will soon be added providing an even safer and more comfortable feel to our community!


Here Are Additional Rental Details And Requirements:

Our community is cat and dog friendly. An upfront $150.00 non-refundable pet fee per pet must be paid with the security deposit, first month's rent, or before pet is brought to the rental unit. Thereafter, a monthly fee will be paid based upon the number of pets and their combined weight. A $35.00 fee will be assessed for up to two pets weighing a singular or combined weight of under 40 pounds. If pet/pets exceeds 40 pounds, the monthly fee is $60.00. A maximum of (2) pets is permitted per unit.


Our community is, also, smoke-free! Smoking of any kind (producing smoke or vapor) is not permitted. Open flames are not permitted within our community. Firepits, griddles, or grills that are propane powered are not permitted. 


Water, sewer, and trash are included within your rent. You would be responsible for electric and any cable or wifi services. Our units are all electric. 


A tenant application is required for all rentals. In addition to this rental application, you will also be required to provide a copy of a valid form of identification and proof of income. To complete this rental application, you must be prepared to provide 3 years of residential history as well as contact information for your rental references. You will also be asked to provide information on your monthly income. 


Each resident over the age of 18 must submit a separate rental application. Anyone responsible for paying rent and/or anyone acting as a guarantor on behalf of an applicant must submit a separate rental application. An application fee of $30.00 will be assessed for each application. 


A one year lease is required for all units.
