The Retreat At Legends is in search of a part-time Maintenance Tech for our apartment community. The candidate must be able to work independently, must be able to climb ladders, and lift at least 60 pounds. Candidates must have experience with some electrical, plumbing, painting, and drywall repair. This position will provide an average of (25-30) hours weekly with the flexibility of additional hours as work permits. The hourly rate for this position will be based upon experience.
