Situated adjacent to Schmidt Road and across from our Deer Path towers, our 552 Ryder Court tower will offer a crisp, modern vibe! Construction has begun and, barring any unforeseen construction issues or weather delays, we estimate completion for this tower as mid to late October 2025. 

In addition to 1,100 square feet of living space, this tower will be finished with a gray and white color palette, stainless steel appliances, and luxury vinyl plank flooring throughout. Every unit within our community offers two bedrooms, two full baths, private in-unit laundry facilities, and a private balcony or walk-out patio. For the first time within our community, the third story units within this tower will, also, feature vaulted ceilings, offering even broader spaces to enjoy!

Historically, all towers become fully leased prior to construction completion! A completed tenant application and one year lease is required for all rentals. Once approved, a $250.00 deposit is required to secure any new unit. This deposit is nonrefundable but is applied toward your security deposit upon move-in.
