In addition to 1,100 square feet of living space, this tower will be finished with a gray and white color palette, stainless steel appliances, and luxury vinyl plank flooring throughout. Every unit within our community offers two bedrooms, two full baths, private in-unit laundry facilities, and a private balcony or walk-out patio. For the first time within our community, the third story units within this tower will, also, feature vaulted ceilings, offering even broader spaces to enjoy!
A completed tenant application and one year lease is required for all rentals. Once approved, a $250.00 deposit is required to secure any new unit. This deposit is nonrefundable but is applied toward your security deposit upon move-in.
